When will my credit card be charged?
At the time you place your order.

Pre-Orders
For items that are not yet available we supply you with an estimated date of arrival; this is just an estimate. We do our best to give you the most accurate date based on the information we have from the the manufacturer, factory, or the shipping carrier. We do not have control of any manufacturing problems that may arise in the production of any new products nor do we have control over the weather, trade winds or any other act of nature that may cause delay in shipping the product to us.
We want our customers to be among the first to receive any hot new products so we offer you the ability to pre-order new products as soon as we are aware of them.
We pride ourself on excellent customer service and do our best to meet your needs.

General Order Info
Orders placed before 11 AM (EST) usually are shipped the same or following day. Most orders received Friday afternoon through Sunday will ship on that following Monday. Most US orders are shipped to arrive in 2-3 days. 99% of orders are shipped from New York; some out of stock orders are drop shipped from the west coast.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Although every effort is made to ship your order on time, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, GadgetLocker will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order lead time vs. shipping time
Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

RETURNS:

UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment or a gift voucher. All products must be be 100% complete, packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.


OPENED MERCHANDISE

For opened hardware and all other opened merchandise, including but not limited to those with broken seals and opened packaging, there will be a 15% open box fee assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Opened Merchandise will be issued a Gift Voucher (Store Credit) Only.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty and contact them directly

Please note that GadgetLocker does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
1. Product that is custom configured to your specifications
2. Opened memory
3. Opened software
4. Electronic software downloads
4. Opened Blank Media


Tax rate
In accordance with state and local law, your Gadget Locker purchases will be taxed only if you are shipping to an address within New York State.


Will you verify my address?
To protect you from fraudulent purchases, we will confirm that your account information matches what is on file with the bank that issued your card. Make certain you entered your address correctly on your order. If you are not shipping your purchase to your billing address, you may need to contact your the card issuing bank to add an additional authorized shipping address.

Different shipping and billing address
To prevent fraud, your bank may delay orders if your shipping address is different from your billing address. To prevent these delays, please let your bank know you will be ordering computer equipment from The Gadget Locker Store and are having it shipped to a different address.

 

EMAIL

We ask you to provide us with your eMail address to notify you about the status of your order, to provide you with information about upgrades or recalls, and to notify you about special offers, tips and tricks or events via our free newsletter. We do not SPAM. We do not sell, rent, trade, or in any way provide our customers email address to any other party. Customers who purchase from us regularly, may inadvertently be entered into our system as a duplicate record. If you receive more than one copy of a message from us, or if you would prefer us not to contact you after your purchase, simply contact our customer service department.
